By visiting this website and/ or purchasing something from the store, you engage in our “Service”. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
Products may be have limited quantities and are subject to return or refund only according to our Refund Policy.
A lot of effort went into displaying store items as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor/screen will display all colors correctly.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, you will be notified by contacting the email address and/ or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and/ or phone number.
Personal information will never be disclosed, unless we are required by law to do so.
The store is hosted by Wix.com, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Refund Policy
Note that the return and refund policy can change with the addition of new store items.
All stickers, magnets and pins, currently listed for sale on the store, are excluded from any refunds or returns. Please do not send back any items.
Every shipping address is being double checked by us and verified by the post office, we cannot take any responsibilty for orders that do not arrive at their destination.
If a Racing Monkey Pencil was heavily damaged (broken) upon delivery, please contact racingmonkeystore@gmail.com within 3 business days of the delivery. The pencil is part of a limited run and cannot be replaced. Instead you will receive a discount code (store price of the pencil) that can be redeemed in the store.
